Getting a demo (or trying Bloomily yourself)

For prospective customers: how to book a guided demo of Bloomily — or explore the product yourself in the no-card sandbox, and where to find the published price.

If you'd like to see Bloomily in action, you can request a personalized demo. We'll walk you through the platform and answer any questions about how it would work for your center.

How to Request a Demo

Open Book a demo, complete the short questionnaire and choose an available time. You can also reach the team through the support chat widget.

What to Expect

A demo can cover:

  • A walkthrough of the features most relevant to your center

  • How enrollment, billing, and daily operations work together

  • A look at the parent app and what families see

  • Answers to your specific questions

We tailor the demo to your organization. If you run a preschool, we'll focus on classrooms, assessments, and daily reports. If you run camps, we'll show you program registration, session pricing, and the public catalog. If you do both, we'll show you how Bloomily handles everything in one platform.

What to Prepare

You'll get the most out of your demo if you have a sense of:

  • How many children or campers you serve

  • What programs you offer (year-round childcare, camps, afterschool, enrichment)

  • What you're currently using for management software (or if you're using paper/spreadsheets)

  • Any specific pain points you're looking to solve

No preparation is required though. We're happy to give a general overview and answer questions as they come up.

After the Demo

There's no obligation after the demo. If Bloomily looks like a good fit, our team will help you find the right plan and get set up, including the onboarding and migration scope available in your plan. No pressure, no obligation.

How Do I See Pricing?

Review the current plan and quote, including features and applicable fees, at bloomily.app/pricing, or book a demo and we'll walk you through it.
