Bloomily's current plans are Home, Standard and Concierge. The public pricing page is the source for current plan prices and included services.

Home is for licensed home daycares and small in-home programs. Home supports a maximum of 18 children, including 18. It requires no card and has no trial expiry. The 18-child limit applies to Home; paid plans do not have a child-count limit. Parents, guardians and staff are unlimited.

Home includes enrollment and family records, tuition and invoices, attendance, daily reports and photos, parent messaging, and a website. It uses guided self-setup and built-in AI help.

Standard costs $99 per month per location, or $990 per year. It includes unlimited children, parents, guardians and staff. There is no per-child subscription charge.

Standard includes the full paid product, including staff scheduling and time tracking, camps and sessions, tours and the enrollment pipeline, Bloomily Teach, advanced reporting, and roles and permissions. These deeper tools are not included in Home. Standard includes supported setup and support from the Bloomily team.

Concierge is for organizations that want extra, dedicated and faster support, a different level of training, and custom feature requests. Like Standard, it has no child-count limit. Concierge adds a higher level of service and training to the paid product. Contact Bloomily to discuss your needs and agree the support, training and custom-request scope in your quote.

Payments collected through Bloomily carry processing fees in addition to the subscription:

Your program chooses whether families or the program cover the fee, separately for cards and bank transfers. The fee still applies when the program covers it. See payment processing fees for examples.
