Does Bloomily do CRM, automations, and lead tracking?

For directors evaluating Bloomily: how the built-in family CRM, enrollment automations, and lead-source (UTM) tracking work.

Bloomily's enrollment tools help follow families from inquiry through application and enrollment. Configuration, plan and permissions determine the available workflows.

Family records and follow-up

In Admin OS, Enrollment > Records brings inquiries, applications, signups and waitlist stages into the available list/board views. Enrollment > Needs you focuses on decisions and follow-up. Open the relevant record before acting; changing an inquiry status is not enrolling a child.

Enrollment > Tours provides available tour work. Enrollment > Forms tracks required paperwork, and Planning provides supported placement, rollover and move-up work. Program/session capacity lives with Programs > Sessions.

Operational automation

Review Enrollment > Setup > Notifications for the available reminder and follow-up controls. Autopay has its own billing authorization and settings; it is not an enrollment notification toggle.

A configured reminder, saved decision or waitlist record is not proof a message was sent or a place confirmed. Review recipients and rendered notices before enabling a send path, then check its actual delivery result. Follow the specific center policy and action for offers and waitlist movement.

Lead sources

Lead-source capture and an on-screen attribution viewer are different capabilities. The current Records view does not expose captured UTM source/medium/campaign for each website inquiry. Ask the team to verify the capture and reporting available for your campaign before relying on a particular attribution report.
