Bloomily supports childcare centers, preschools, camps and other children's programs. Availability depends on the selected plan, program kind, country, permissions and enabled features.
Center administration
Admin OS groups work into Today, Families, Team, Programs, Enrollment, Money, Learning and Messages. More provides operational tools; the gear provides Settings and Website.
Enrollment tracks inquiries, applications, required forms and decisions. Program/session tools support the available registration choices and capacity rules. A submitted application or waitlist entry is not a guaranteed placement.
Money provides invoices, payment records, contracts, discounts and billing setup. Online payment methods and subsidy programs depend on country and center configuration. Saved methods, autopay authorization and successful collection are separate.
Team provides People, Schedule and Hours. Roles and classroom scope govern access; a planned shift is different from worked time.
Learning provides weekly plans, assessment and observation workflows, SEL and media with their respective permissions. Published/shared state and photo approvals determine family visibility. Bloomily Teach is an administrator pilot, not a universal AI editor.
Messages includes two-way conversations, one-way broadcasts and formatted email newsletters. Recipient scope, channel eligibility, consent and send gates apply; a saved draft is not a delivered message.
More includes available attendance, daily reports, health, meals, reports, timesheets and compliance records. Inspect the specific report's export fields; records do not certify compliance with every regulator's requirements.
Website supports No website, Enrollment page and Full website modes. Review public output and consent before publishing or saving a published page.
Staff and family experiences
Staff OS organizes web work into My Day, My Room and Me. Native Bloomily Center provides classroom tools on supported devices. Attendance methods, including native NFC/QR and kiosk phone/PIN, depend on the device and school configuration.
The parent portal and native Bloomily app provide school-scoped reports, shared media, messages, forms, billing and enrollment. Current parent Home also provides Conferences, Medications, Class registrations and Sign-ups where available. Medication authorization does not prove a dose was administered; a booking request does not guarantee a confirmed place.
Families with multiple schools switch the selected organization; billing and records remain scoped to the relevant school.
